Notification of Transaction by

Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Pursuant to Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company hereby notifies that on 7 March 2012 Pamela Murray bought 1,900 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each in the Company (the "Shares") at 1575.875 pence. Pamela Murray is the wife of Norman Murray, the Chairman of the Company.

Following this transaction, Mr Murray has a discloseable interest in 9,630 Shares, representing 0.003 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.

The Company's issued share capital consists of 345,870,233 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
