Mothercare PLC12 February 2007 To the London Stock Exchange Via RNS Mothercare plc announce that Mr Ian R. Peacock, chairman of the companyparticipated in the Dividend Re-Investment Plan in respect of the dividend paidon 9 February 2007. Mr Peacock's dividend was used to purchase 1,558 Mothercare Ordinary 50p sharesat a price of £3.70855p per share.
