Torex Retail PLC14 November 2006 Torex Retail plc (the "Company") Director Shareholding The Company was informed on 13 November 2006 that Ed Dayan, a director of theCompany, transferred a total of 1,063,830 ordinary shares of 1p each ("OrdinaryShares") at a price of 47p per share on 13 November 2006, as part of themanagement share purchase announced yesterday.
