The Company was notified on 3 November 2011 that, on the same day, the Trustees of Michael Tinling's SIPP acquired 25,500 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at 38p per share. Mr Tinling is a director of the Company. Following this transaction Mr Tinling is interested in 434,266 shares, representing 1.7 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
