The Company was notified on 1 December 2011 that Barrie Clark, the Chairman of the Company, on the same day acquired 12,500 ordinary shares of 2p each at 37.5p per share. Following this transaction Mr Clark is interested in 547,500 shares, representing 2.2 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
