Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 2 November 2020 that Richard Holmes, Non-executive Director, has acquired 5,171 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 580 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Richard Holmes's beneficial interest in the Company is 278,845 Ordinary Shares representing 0.94 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
