In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), Hays plc notifies that, on 28March 2013, the following PDMR was granted an option over the stated number ofOrdinary Shares of 1p each in the Company at an option price of 88p per sharepursuant to the Hays UK Sharesave Scheme.
