Director/PDMR Shareholding

Hansteen Holdings PLC received notification on 7 April 2016 regarding the following share dealings:

On 6 April 2016 Rick Lowes transferred 47,500 ordinary shares in the Company for consideration of 109.60 pence per ordinary share to his Self Invested Personal Pension. In addition, his spouse, Mrs Bernadette Lowes, also transferred 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 6 April 2016 for consideration of 109.60 pence per ordinary share to Rick Lowes' Self Invested Personal Pension.

Following these transactions Rick Lowes remains interested in 1,704,107 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.23% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
