The Company was advised that, on 7 December 2009, the Director and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of £1.22 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by the Inland Revenue.
