The Company was notified on 14 May 2010 that Mr Clowes, a non-executive Director of the Company, bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 May 2010 at a price of 105.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Clowes is interested in 45,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
