Directors Dealing

The Company was informed yesterday that Tim Baldwin, Executive Chairman, had transferred 943,188 Ordinary Shares from a personal account into his SIPP (self invested pension plan) account. The transfer was effected as an on market transaction. 

Tim Baldwin's overall interest in the Company remains unchanged at 5,529,438 Ordinary Shares representing 7.61% of issued share capital of RAM as a result of this transaction.
