The Company was notified on 9 November 2011 that Barrie Clark, the Chairman of the Company, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 2p each at 38.5p per share on 8 November 2011. Following this transaction Mr Clark is interested in 535,000 shares, representing 2.1 per cent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
