Tribal Group PLC17 November 2006 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholdings The Company received notification on 15 November 2006 that Capita Aesop TrusteesLimited, the trustees of Tribal Group plc's Share Incentive Plan (SIP) haspurchased 69 and 11 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company at a price of 179.24p per share on behalf of Richard Collins and Julie Towers respectively,each of whom is a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility.
