Director/PDMR Shareholding
Sound Energy, the European / Mediterranean focused upstream oil and gas company, announces that it has been notified that James Parsons, the Company's Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, has today purchased 28,985 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.8 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, James Parsons is now interested in a total of 957,354 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.19% of Sound Energy's issued ordinary share capital.
