Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software for the international recruitment industry, has been notified that Giles Fearnley, Non Executive Director, has sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 5p per share ("Ordinary Shares") in Dillistone at 100.1p per share today.
Following the sale, Mr Fearnley has a beneficial interest in 593,435 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 3.26% of the issued share capital.
