The Board would like to thank John for his invaluable contribution during hisservice. Re: Appointment of Director Subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Ireland, the Directors of theCompany wish to announce the appointment of Dr.Sybille Hoffman as a Director ofthe Company. A further announcement will follow as soon as the date of herappointment has been confirmed. Dr. Sybille Hoffman Dr. Sybille Hoffman is currently responsible for the effective coordination ofoperational activity supporting the Invesco EMEA Business. She oversees theoutsourced Transfer Agency and Fund Accounting as well as general delegation.Between July 2012 and February 2015 she led the European Risk function and helda number of other responsibilities within Invesco before, including ChiefAdministration Officer for "Administration", Risk Management roles forOperations & Technology and Non-North-America and Chief Operations & ServicesOfficer at Invesco Continental Europe. Prior to joining Invesco in 2003,Sybille spent twelve years working in a variety of roles at Deutsche Bank inFrankfurt and London. She studied Mathematics and Physics at the University ofBayreuth (Germany), where she completed her Doctorate in Mathematics. Sybillealso holds an MBA from Henley Management College (UK). Dr. Sybille Hoffman has never: i. had any unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences; or ii. been a director of any company or partnership which, while he was a director with an executive function or partner at the time of or within the 12 months preceding such events, been declared bankrupt, went into receivership, liquidation, administration or voluntary arrangements; or iii. been subject to any official public incrimination and/or sanctions by statutory or regulatory authorities (including designated professional bodies); or been disqualified by a court from acting as a director of a company or from acting in the management or conduct of affairs of any company.
