Within the lastfive years he has been chief financial officer and member of the board of ShamirOptical Industry Limited, a public company traded on NASDAQ. From 1994 to 1999,he was a senior manager at Ernst & Young. Mr Hai holds a BA in Accounting and a Management Degree from The College ofManagement in Tel Aviv.
