Development Securities PLC appoints Finance Director

Development Securities PLC, the leading property development and investment company, announces today the appointment of Graham Prothero as Finance Director, replacing Michael Marx who has held this Board position since 1994.

Graham Prothero has been a partner in Ernst & Young LLP since 2001. Prior to this he held a number of senior positions at construction company Taylor Woodrow and within the cement group Blue Circle Industries. 

Michael Marx will continue as Chief Executive of Development Securities PLC.
