Dunedin Enterprise Inv Trust PLC03 January 2007 Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC Changes to Board of Directors The Board of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust PLC ("Dunedin Enterprise") ispleased to announce the appointment of Brian Finlayson as a non-executivedirector with effect from 1 January 2007. Sandy Dudgeon resigned as anon-executive director of Dunedin Enterprise with effect from 31 December 2006. Mr Finlayson has over thirty years of experience in private equity and corporatefinance. He joined the Bank of Scotland in 1963, and in 1975 moved intocorporate finance with the British Linen Bank. He joined British Linen FundManagers in 1980 and was appointed managing director of Dunedin Capital Partnersin 1990, becoming deputy chairman in 1999 and retiring from Dunedin CapitalPartners in March 2002. He is currently a non-executive director of Latchways plc and Quayle MunroHoldings plc. Commenting on the appointment, Ned Dawnay, Chairman of Dunedin Enterprise said: "I am delighted that Brian Finlayson has agreed to join us as a non-executivedirector. He has a considerable amount of private equity and corporate financeexperience which will compliment the skills of our board."
