Rame Energy plc (AIM: RAME), the AIM quoted independent power producer, announces that Andrew Cameron is stepping down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect in order to focus on a full time executive role.
Tim Adams, Chief Executive Officer of Rame, said: "I would like to thank Andrew for his contribution to the Company over his years of service to Rame and wish him well in his new role."
