Falkland Islands Holdings plc ("FIH"), the AIM quoted international specialist services group with businesses in the Falkland Islands and UK, announces that Senior Non-Executive Director Mike Killingley has decided that after ten years as a director of the business he will be retiring from the Board of Falkland Islands Holdings plc with immediate effect.

Chairman of FIH, Edmund Rowland, commented:

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Mike for his valued contribution and hard work over the past ten years and we wish him well in the future. We have initiated a search for a suitable independent non-executive replacement and will be making an announcement in this regard in the due course."
