Board Update

Phorm, Inc., (AIM: PHRX and PHRM), today announces that Kip Meek intends to step down as non-executive director of the Company in order to take up the position of Chairman of Project Canvas. The Company thanks Kip for his service and wishes him luck in his new role. The Company expects to announce a replacement in due course.
