Further to the General Meeting of 23 December 2010, the Board of SEG (AIM: SEGR.L) announces that Nicholas Winks resigned his position as a non executive director of the Company as of 23 December 2010.
John May, Chairman of SEG, commented:
"I would like to thank Nicholas for his input over the past 20 months during which time the Group substantially strengthened its balance sheet. The Board wishes him well for the future."
