Following the announcement included in the half year results for 2019, 4imprint Group plc confirms that, with effect from 27 December 2019, Andrew Scull has stepped down from the Board as Corporate Services Director and Company Secretary.
With effect from the same date, Emma Taylor has been appointed as Company Secretary.
The role of Corporate Services Director is not being replaced.
