The Directors of North Midland are pleased to announce the appointment of David Peter Rogers as a Non Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. David, age 56, is a partner of Tods Murray LLP, a law firm specialising in construction law. The Board believes that David's experience and expertise will make him a strong addition to the Board.

There are no further matters which are required to be disclosed under the Listing Rules.
