DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Atholl Turrell has resigned from the Board of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC with effect from 31 December 2011.

Henry Angest, Chairman and Chief Executive of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC said:

"Atholl Turrell has been associated with the Arbuthnot Banking Group for many years and for the last seven years has been a Director of the Group. He has made a significant contribution to both the Board and the development of the Group. We thank him for this and wish him well for the future".
