Directorate Changes

JSJS Designs plc, British specialists in Radio Frequency technologies which enable households and business to remotely operate and control household applications including lighting, heating and security through smartphones and other web-based applications,  is pleased to announce a reorganisation of its plc board of directors.

John Shermer (Managing Director), John Sinclair (Chief Technical Officer), Simon Lane (Sales Director), and Mike Hughes (Non-executive Director) are all stepping down from the Board. They remain critical to the Company's future and will continue to serve on the Company's operational Board.

In addition, the Company is pleased to announce that Barry Gamble (age 63) will be appointed to the plc board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 April 2014. Barry has board experience as Chairman, non-executive director and board adviser to companies in the public, private and charitable sectors.

The following details in relation the appointment of Barry Gamble are disclosed in accordance with in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules

Mr Gamble holds 9,666,667 shares in JSJS, representing 1.76 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

There are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
