EFG Hermes Announces the Appointment of Group CFO

Cairo, March 30th, 2016: EFG Hermes announces the resignation of Group CFO Mr. Khalid Ellaicy and the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Abdel Khabir as Group CFO effective 1st April 2016. Prior to his new role, Mr. Mohamed held the position of a Director at the Firm's Investment Banking division where he worked on a number of high profile IPOs and M&A transactions during his eight years tenure. His previous experience also included serving in several positions in the Finance Department of the Procter and Gamble Company.
