APPOINTMENT OF MARK KEOGH AS FINANCE DIRECTOR
Further to the announcement on 5 November 2008, Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("Warner Estate"), the property investment company, confirms the appointment today of Mark Keogh to its Board as Finance Director.
Warner Estate can advise that there are no further details relating to the appointment of Mark Keogh which it is obliged to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
