esure Group plc ("esure Group") announces today that, following her appointment as CEO of M&G Investments, Anne Richards stepped down from her position as a Non-Executive Director on the esure Group Board, on 25 February 2016.

Anne leaves the Board after nearly four years service having been with esure Group through its flotation on the London Stock Exchange in 2013.

Peter Wood said: "Anne has been an exceptionally valuable member of the esure Group Board. We offer her our sincerest thanks and best wishes on her new role as CEO of M&G Investments."

Anne Richards said: "My time with esure has been extremely rewarding and enjoyable, and I would like to offer Peter, the team and the Company my very best wishes for continued success."
