Resignation of John Brace and appointment of Chairman

Aster Treasury plc announces today that, after 17 years with Aster Group, John Brace, Group Resources Director, has decided to retire. He is currently an Executive Director on the Board of Aster Treasury plc (the 'Company') and will resign from the Aster Treasury plc Board on 31 October 2017.

The Directors of Aster Treasury plc express their gratitude to John for his important and much valued contribution during his tenure.

Aster Treasury plc also announces that Chris Benn has been appointed as Chairman with effect from 1 November 2017.

This notification is made to satisfy the Company's obligations under LR 9.6.11R of the UK Listing Rules.
