Director resignation

MirLand Development Corporation plc (the "Company") announces that Guerman Aliev, a non-executive director of the Company, resigned on 28 January 2009 as a member of the Board of Directors with immediate effect in order to devote more time to his other business interests.

Commenting on Mr Aliev's departure, Nigel Wright, Chairman of MirLand, said: "I would like to personally thank Guerman for the important role he played as a member of the Board. The Board have valued and appreciated Guerman's involvement with and support for the Company since the IPO over two years ago and would like to wish him every success for the future. The Company is currently seeking a potential replacement."
