Directorate Change

The Board of Weatherly International announces that following our mine closures in Namibia, the completion of our tolling agreements at the smelter and as part of the restructuring of the Company  Paul Craven will be stepping down as Chief Financial Officer of Weatherly with immediate effect. 

The Board would like to extend its thanks to Paul for his efforts on behalf of the Company and wishes him well for the future.
