Directorate changes Fidessa group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Archer as anon-executive director and member of the audit and remuneration committees witheffect from 25th November 2014. Ken has over 35 years' experience in the software industry having held a numberof senior executive positions. Ken is currently Non-Executive Chairman ofGresham Computing plc, a UK listed company. Ken was appointed as aNon-Executive Director of Gresham Computing plc in June 2010 and has been theNon-Executive Chairman since November 2010. Ken was Chief Executive Officer ofSmartStream Technologies until 2009 and prior to that, the President, EuropeanBusiness Development of Computer Sciences Corporation where he managed thesales team responsible for large scale outsourcing projects across Europe. Kenhas also worked at JP Morgan, where he served as VP, Information Services andsubsequently at Mercantile Information Services and The Savings Corporation. Commenting on the changes, John Hamer, Chairman of Fidessa, said: "I amdelighted to welcome Ken to the board of Fidessa. Ken has extensive experiencein the software industry and of major outsourcing projects in the financialsector. I look forward to his contribution to the board." There were no other directorships held by Ken during the last five years. There are no other disclosures required in respect of Ken Archer pursuant toRule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
