The Company announces that Piers Brooke retired as a Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 8 May 2013.

Roger Mountford, Chairman, commented:

"With unfailing charm, mixed with cheerful persistence, intellectual honesty and clarity, Piers has made a very substantial contribution to all our debates at the Board, and to the success and reputation of the Trust. He has been an utter pleasure to work with and I know the whole Board wishes him good health and happiness in the future."

The Board plans to recruit a new non-executive Director to fill the vacancy.
