Directorate Change

UTV Media plc announces that Paul O'Brien has resigned from his position as Group Finance Director, with immediate effect, due to family circumstances.

The Board would like to thank Paul for his contribution to the Company during his time as a Director.

Former Group Finance Director and current Group Commercial Director, Jim Downey, will assume the role of interim Group Finance Director with immediate effect. The Company is commencing a search for a new Group Finance Director and a further announcement will be made as appropriate in due course.
