Directorate Change 

Nviro Cleantech ("Nviro" or the "Company") today announces a management change with the resignation of Mustapha Omar as a director and employee of the Company with immediate effect.

Mustapha, who joined Nviro in March 2007, has had primary responsibility for the ongoing development of the Company's projects based in Air Treatment and Wood Recycling, and has utilised his prior years of investment experience in making a valuable contribution to the funding program for Nviro. Each of the above projects has passed through significant milestones and, in particular, Microrelease has recently reached a key inflection point on the path to industrialisation, as announced by the Company in previous releases.

Mustapha is moving on at this time to pursue other interests and the Board wishes to express its gratitude to Mustapha for his contribution to the formative years of the Company.
