APPOINTMENT OF WHOLE TIME DIRECTORS
At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held today, the Board decided to appoint Shri V. Srinivasan and Shri Somnath Sengupta, Executive Directors of the Bank as Whole Time Directors of the Bank with effect from the date as may be approved by RBI.
The above appointments will also be subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Bank.
