The Board of Kingspan Group Plc announces the retirement from the Board of Mr. Eoin McCarthy with effect from the completion of today's Annual General Meeting. In paying tribute to Mr McCarthy for his 37 years service with the Group, formerly as managing director of the Insulated Panels division and more recently as a non-executive director, the Chairman Mr. Eugene Murtagh thanked him for his tremendous contribution to the Group and his long-term support and friendship over the past 37 years.
