We inform that the term of office of Shri N. C. Singhal, Director of the Bank has expired in terms of the provisions of Section 10-A (2-A) (i) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 with effect from 2nd May, 2010. Accordingly, he has ceased to be a Director of the Bank w.e.f. 2nd May, 2010.
