Director Shareholding
The Company was today informed that on 20 April 2009 Rhea Briones Shaw the spouse of Jay Shaw, Chief Executive Officer, sold 265,000 ordinary shares of US$ 0.001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11 pence per share.
For the purposes of the AIM Rules, Jay Shaw's holding of Ordinary Shares is 5,000,000, representing 21% of the Company's issued share capital.
