Ithaca Energy Inc. (TSX: IAE, LSE AIM: IAE) (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 25 November 2015 that Jack C. Lee, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 150,000 Common Shares at C$0.78 per share on that date. His beneficial holding is now 1,550,000 Common Shares, representing approximately 0.38% of the issued share capital of the Company.
