The Company was informed on 10 December 2013 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, have on 9 December 2013 purchased 65,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.195 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 9,961,075 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.96% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
