Adams,a Director of British American Tobacco p.l.c., acquired 5,333 British AmericanTobacco p.l.c. 25p ordinary shares (the "Shares") following the exercise ofoptions held under the British American Tobacco Sharesave Scheme, at an optionprice of 316.4p per Share.
