Resignation of Director

The Company announces that Mr Rodney Glanville will be resigning from his position as Director on 19 June 2012.

Mr Glanville, who was also Company Secretary, was appointed to the Board on 1 January 2003 and resigns owing to his retirement. The Company does not propose to appoint another Director to replace him.
