Further to an announcement made on 17 December 2014 it has come to the attention of the Company that the total interest of Simon Agace, non-executive Chairman of the Company, in the Company is 5,308,624 ordinary shares, representing 41.9% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights, and not 5,316,144 ordinary shares as previously reported.
