Aurora Russia Limited ("The Company") has today been advised that Mr Geoff Miller, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has acquired 75,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at 39.5p each.

Following this transaction, Mr Miller holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing approximately 0.09 per cent. of the issued share capital.
