Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), GAME Digital plc (the "Company") announces that it has been informed that Lesley Watkins, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Braemar Shipping Services plc. This appointment takes effect from Friday 23 June 2017.
