WS Atkins plc announces that, further to the appointment of Thomas Leppert as a non-executive director with effect from 1 October 2013, he was a director of Washington Mutual, Inc. when it filed for bankruptcy protection in September 2008.
Mr Leppert has confirmed that there is no further information to disclose in respect of LR 9.6.13R.
