WS Atkins plc (the "Company") notes the announcement made on 16 April 2014 by Exova Group plc, of its admission to the Official List and commencement of unconditional dealings of its shares on the London Stock Exchange. Allister Langlands, a non-executive director of the Company, is also the senior independent non-executive director of Exova Group plc.
This notification satisfies the Company's obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14.
